The client needed an employee recognition piece that felt more meaningful than a conventional certificate or trophy. It had to celebrate individual contribution while reinforcing how every person plays a role in the company’s shared success.
Every person is a piece of the bigger picture.
We transformed the company’s values into a custom puzzle-style recognition trophy — a visual reminder that progress happens when different strengths, roles and contributions come together.
Because “Can you make the logo bigger?” is rarely the solution to an identity crisis.
The Look
A layered circular design used Bausch + Lomb’s blue and green palette to turn the company values into a bold, interactive visual.
The Packaging
The trophy was presented in a custom-fitted blue box, finished with a patterned belly band and branded seal for a polished reveal.
The Message
Each recipient was recognised as an essential part of the organisation and the bigger picture it continues to build.
The Experience
The recipient opened the box to discover a personalised recognition piece designed to be displayed, revisited and proudly kept.
